Instructions for deleting your Breeze account and associated data.
You can request account deletion directly inside the Breeze app — go to Help & Support → Delete Account — or by emailing us:
Please include the email address associated with your Breeze account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once complete.
The following data is permanently deleted:
Some de-identified, aggregated usage data (e.g. total number of logins, feature usage counts) may be retained for platform analytics but cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
If your account was created by a district administrator, certain records may be retained by your district in accordance with their data retention policies. Please contact your district administrator for more information.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
